Championing diversity and equality is important to Visible. Built into our mission, core values, and purpose, is the desire to make the invisible, visible. By shining a light on people and communities so they are seen, heard and empowered. Visible’s purpose is to use our service to increase access for all, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.

In our three years of business, we continue to look for new ways to bring different voices to the table and encourage meaningful conversations that can create lasting change in our community.

Throughout the year, and especially during Pride Month, Visible is committed to celebrating and amplifying voices within the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer) community. This year, with the #ProudlyVisible social campaign, we intend to highlight the beauty, unconditional love and community found via chosen families through personal stories, and by sharing lived experiences. In conjunction with this campaign, Visible is honored to support the work of PFLAG National, the first and largest organization for LGBTQ+ people, their parents, families, and allies. PFLAG is an organization committed to creating a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed.

At Visible, we are committed to supporting and uplifting the entire LGBTQIA+ community during Pride and beyond, whether it’s working alongside the nonprofits who participate in our Visible Connect accelerator program, or through our social initiatives such as #ShareInvisibleStories. We are honored to stand with and continue to amplify all voices in our community.
